Just after 1 joined 1GEN, we had crucial project name CAP we were into the path of making dashboards using all our analytics approach. We all were new to something like this and were wondering that how will it feasible with such inexperienced team but the trust of our leaders definitely made us to accomplished every target we set for ourselves. So the impact I had from it is that its all about trust , when someone trust on your capabilities even though you have doubt on yourself, but just because someone trust on you and you start taking actions, it really creates something magical.
